Kenji Murashita

Kenji Murashita is the firm’s namesake, continuing the firm his father founded in 1962.  He is from Arakawa-ku in Tokyo where he attended Shiba Gakuen High School and later was a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan.  He was licensed to practice law in 1985 and joined the Yokochi, Yoshida & Nakagawa Law Office.  He registered as a patent attorney in 1988 and joined the Murashita Law and Patent office.

Junichi Fukuda is from Musashino City in Tokyo where he attended Tokyo Machida High School and later was a graduate of the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan.  He was licensed to practice law in 2006 and registered as a patent attorney that same year.  He joined Murashita Law and Patent Office following graduation.

David Harrison is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, USA and is a graduate of Towson University and The University of Baltimore School of Law.  He was licensed to practice law in 1991 and served in locations around the world as a Judge Advocate in the US Navy for 30 years.  He joined Murashita Law and Patent Office in 2022 and was registered as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (Registered Foreign Lawyer) in 2023.
